TRACK YOUR ORDER
All orders will be trackable, once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking link.

SHIPPING METHODS (TIME)
Shipments generally arrive to its destination in up to 5 business days.
For shippings to Asia and Oceania, the parcel may arrive up to 10 business days.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT COSTS
That depends on the destination country.
For shipments to the European Union and United States (except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska) you will not have to pay customs costs.
Outside of these areas, any customs or import cost will be charged once the order reaches its destination. Transport taxes and fees may be charged when your order goes through customs. These costs must be paid by the package recipient and will not be refunded.
Please, beware that we will not be responsible for packages abandoned at customs.
